So, I have a Nikon d3000 and realized I much prefer recording videos than taking pictures.
I've searched and found the d5100 has the best reviews for video I can handle/afford.
I have no experience with video, but I want to start making them (especially music videos for my friend)

Will I get good video, that's clear and has that beautiful focus on a specific object and makes the background blurry? Setting tips? I don't speak camera, at all.
