Need some help, never had a bolt action always hunted with a 30/30 iron sight, dropped plenty of bucks with it.it broke so I bought the Thompson Center .270 with a Nikon scope. What would be a good range to zero it in at? Also, Could y'all tell me if I zero it in at 100yrds, and I was shooting at a buck at 50yards, would I shoot high or low? and how much. Not just At 100 yards whatever You advise zeroing in at give me A chart or advice on How high or low to shoot depending on where it's zeroed at
