When to buy Nikon D5300 w/ 18-140mm Kit?

I'm plan on buying Nikon D5300 with 18-140 mm kit. Shall I wait for this thanksgiving? Were there any good deals for D5200 last thanksgiving(2013)? If there is deal of 50-100 of current price, I wouldn't wait. Please advise.
