Do they make a DSLR Camera to suit my needs?

Do they make a DSLR Camera to suit my needs?
I own a Nikon F Standard Prism with F-36 Motor Drive.
I need a DSLR Camera manual Focus not Auto Focus, no Metering system Manual all the way without having to reset every time I use this Camera or change the Battery.
That would be a real Camera
Added (1). Can the DSLR give me 1, 2, or 3 Frames per Sec and 30 Sec to get into your own Picture 10 Sec is a Joke. Do they make a DSLR Camera to suit my needs
