Which one to choose between Nikon D3300, Olympus OMD EM5, Canon 1200D?

Please suggest the better one among these 3. I am a beginner and my needs are for landscapes, people, macro and night mode. Does the Olympus give better image quality than Nikon D3300? Really confused between these two.

Choosing my First DSLR Camera? - 1

I'm planning on getting my first DSLR soon and I am truly indecisive. I've been to my local electronics shop and they were somewhat helpful but they kept on pushing the more expencive models such as the Canon 7D or Nikon D5300 onto me. Would the Nikon D5300 be a truly ideal entry-level camera or is there something else? Would the D3300 be well worth it?

I'm planning to use the camera for:
-Vacation photos
-Taking pictures of my kids at their sporting events
-Scenery photos
I'm just trying photography as a new hobby

Some other cameras besides the D5300 that I am considering are the Nikon D5200 and D3300, or the Canon T3I,T4I, OR T5I. What are some recommendations?

I greatly appreciate your help! Thank you:)

Best lens for a Nikon D4S?

Make a long story short - My stepmom bought my day (hobby dog photographer) a Nikon D4S for his birthday and now wants to go buy him 2 lens when she found out it was body only. And she's leaving it to me (clueless) to pick out the 2 lenses.

What's lenses do you think he would like? His old camera is a Nikon D5200 which a 18-55 lens, 55-300 lens, & 50mm lens. Can't he just use those? I'm so lost… Help!

Nikon D3200 settings problems?

I just got my first DSLR, it's a Nikon D3200 and I am extremely happy with it, but I am having issues with ISO, aperture and focus settings. Before, I could change the ISO all the time by holding in the "Fn" button the side and scroll on the wheel to the right, but now that doesn't work. Aperture I haven't figured out how to use, it says that I should click the +- button on the top right and scroll the wheel, but nothing happens. The third problem I have is my focus settings, yesterday I could just switch between auto and manual by clicking the info button, but the option for focus is greyed out.

What am I doing wrong here?

P.S. Keep in mind that this is my first DSLR like I said so I'm more or less clueless when it comes to these types of technical aspects of photography.

Does the tokina AT-X 16-28mm work on a DX format Nikon?

I own a Nikon D7100. The Tokina lens is intended for FX Nikon cameras. I was wondering it if would still be able to work with a DX format Nikon without the vignetting. Also. What would the focal length be when mounted to a DX camera?

Thank You!

Camera with no viewfinder?

So I recently have started to make YouTube videos on YouTube and I use a Nikon L320. Which has no view finder and I use a small mirror behind it to help me out except I have to look over the camera a lot to check if its still recording or if I'm still on frame. Do any if you know how to make a mirror work as a viewfinder? Like how to set it up? How many I need? Or anything! I can't afford to buy a canon rebel t3i yet so that's a mono! I will not say my channel yet. But I will soon:)

GPS device for my Nikon D3100?

Hello, I am looking for a GPS device or attachment for my camera that includes the latitude and longitude, and altitude. I wish to have coordinates for when I leave my normal places of shooting on my metadata so I will know where I was. I am aware there are some by Nikon but the one I saw had not so great reviews. What should I get?

What camera to get next? Upgrade from D5100?

Hi, I am an amateur photographer. I bought my Nikon D5100 about a year and a half ago and I think I am outgrowing it and I want to move up to a better camera. I do work professionally in photography so the quality is mattering more and more with each job. I want a new Nikon camera with a more impressive ability to shoot in low light situations as well as greater megapixel. I understand that lenses are a big factor as well. So I just want help picking a camera.

I am willing to spend about $2000 total. However, I want to use some of that on a nice lens. So a camera costing under $1400 would be nice. I am considering the D7100, D610, and D800. I would love to get the D7100 because I can buy it right now. It's about $700 refurbished and I have that. But if I wait about three months, I can afford the D610 or D800. So my question is, is the D610 a whole lot better than the D7100? Worth the wait? And is the D800 way better than the D610?
Can I use my current lenses on those? I have a 50mm f1.8 and an 18-55mm VR. Last question, what is a really nice overall lens that would go with one of those models? I predominantly shoot portraits, family photos, and conceptual art work.

Nikon D3100 lens compatibility from other brands?

Hello. I have a NIkon D3100 camera and I am looking for new lenses. I only have an 18-55mm (AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens) and I am looking for something up to 200 mm. Preferably beginning with 55mm. I am no expert as I am only a beginner and I am beginning to love this hobby. My question is how do I choose a compatible lens for my DSLR? I am not set on staying with Nikon's Nikkor lenses as I do not want to be restricted to choose if I can actually look for other brand lenses. I am not looking for Nikkor lenses compatible with my camera. Is there some red flag I should look out for If i buy other brand lenses? I am also looking for a lens/lenses that is not muy caro (expensive). Thank you very much, your help is appreciated
Added (1). Also, I prefer manual focus
